Supreme Court agrees to hear deadly DC sniper shootings case

On Monday, the Supreme Court said that it would hear the case of the man who, at 17, participated in the DC sniper shootings of 2002. Lee Boyd Malvo and John Allen Muhammad terrorized the DC area and fatally shot 10 people, and Malvo was sentenced to life without parole while Muhammad was sentenced to death and executed in 2009, according to the Associated Press.
