Tracy Morgan involved in NYC fender bender in his Bugatti

Just an hour after buying a new car, Tracy Morgan was involved in a fender bender. The Associated Press is reporting that police say the minor accident occurred on Tuesday near Tenth Avenue and 42nd Street.
